Public Affairs
We help move agendas, increase understanding, change attitudes and expand the influence of organisations and ideas on Irish and European policy issues and developments.
Our work in Public Affairs is based on a deep understanding of the public policy and regulatory landscape to identify areas of potential risk or opportunity for our clients. We use sound judgement and experience to monitor policy and political developments and the implications for a range of sectors.
We offer our clients intelligence gathering on particular policy areas, political audits, strategic approaches and implementation plans as well as the provision of daily advice on issues, competitor analysis and the delivery of stakeholder awareness and engagement programmes. We advise a range of companies in the financial, energy, retail, food, communications, property and healthcare sectors as well as industry bodies.
All our PA activities are underpinned by robust stakeholder mapping and monitoring, identifying areas of shared or common ground to bring our clients’ experience and expertise to bear on policy development. We provide audience specific messaging materials and co-ordinate briefings and stakeholder engagement forums.
Our Public Affairs services include:
- Stakeholder audits (including analysis of position and attitudes)
- Public policy and Dáil monitoring
- Engagement programmes for government and political stakeholders
- Public information campaigns
- Preparation for committee appearances
- Support on consultations
